The Usage of Steam Solenoid Valve
In our daily life, there are two types of steam: saturated steam and superheated steam.
1. Saturated steam: the temperature and pressure are relatively stable, the temperature is lower than 200 degrees Celsius and the working pressure is below 1.6Mpa.
2. Superheated steam: the change in temperature and pressure is relatively big, the temperature can be as high as 400 degrees Celsius, the working pressure is lower than 4.0Mpa.
For saturated steam, the usually soft-sealing steam solenoid valve will be used.
Structural features:
Heat-resistant: the electromagnetic parts and sealing parts use special high-temperature-resistant electrical materials and sealing materials and apply a variety of thermal insulation measures.
Wear-resistant: the selection of materials is reasonable. The valve cup and guide sleeve cleverly use fluid lubrication to reduce wear and improve service life.
Condensation-resistant: The condensate of the steam pipe is an important factor affecting the action of the steam solenoid valve. The Sanitary valve is not affected by the condensate.
This type of solenoid valves can also be widely used in textile, printing, chemical, plastics, rubber, pharmaceutical, food, building materials, machinery, electrical appliances, surface treatment and scientific research departments and bathroom, canteens, air conditioning, and other automatic control systems.
For superheated steam, usually, a hard sealing steam solenoid valve will be used.
Structural features:
The use of metal hard sealing improves the operating temperature and service life of the product.
The selection of materials is reasonable. The valve cup and guide sleeve cleverly use fluid lubrication to reduce wear and improve service life.
This product is widely used in a wide range of media, such as water, light oil, heavy oil, non-corrosive gases, and steam.
