Sanitary tank bottom valve is designed for control of ultra-pure, sterile, aggressive or abrasive fluids. Enables especially optimal filling and emptying vessels with a less dead leg. The valve body consists of a block with no weld seam, machined out of high-quality stainless steel. The Tank Bottom Valve has two welding bevels to ease the welding and valve positioning operations.

Adamant’s tank bottom valve, with its conical profile, allows for complete drainability and the prevention of dead legs or entrapment areas. These valves are installed by either bolting or welding to the tank surface. The tank bottom valves are available in sizes ranging from 1/4” through 4”, are manufactured using type SA-479 316L stainless steel, and are available with a wide variety of drain ports and end connections. Positive closure can be achieved by means of manual or pneumatic actuation.
