Electric metal sealing ball valve is divided into two kinds of sealing structure, that is, one-way sealing and two-way sealing. One-way sealing can only seal in the specified direction.
Two-way sealing can seal in both directions. The type of structure of electric metal sealing ball valve can be divided into floating ball and fixed ball. The type of connection of it can be divided into flange connection, welding connection, threaded connection. The electric actuator has a built-in server, so there’s no need for a server amplifier. 4-20mA signal input and 220VAC / 380V power supply are enough to control the operation.
Electric metal sealing ball valve has the advantages of simple connection, compact structure, small size, lightweight, low resistance, stable and reliable operation. It’s mainly used for shutting off and regulating. The connection between sanitary ball valve and the actuator is direct. Electric metal sealing ball valve is mainly used in working conditions where the temperature is higher than 250 degrees Celsius.
Electric metal sealing ball valve is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, urban central heating, and other industries. However, a ball valve whose sealing is made of PTFE high molecular materials can’t be used in working conditions where the temperature is higher than 280 degrees Celsius or the transmitted media are fine particles.
The hard sealing ball valve that uses metal materials as the sealing will encounter a variety of situations when rotating the sphere due to different structures. For example, the metal elastic valve seat sealing structure has large friction because a gap is not formed between the elastic valve seat and sphere.
