Five Kinds of Sanitary Valve Connection
Sanitary valves feature standard electronic polishing and a smooth surface to ensure cleanliness. They have no media accumulation areas which will not produce potential pollution. They can meet the special requirements of various media in the field of food and biological pharmacy.
The sanitary valves have the advantages of smooth, seamless, and automatic emptying of handwork fluid passage, which is also very suitable for the local cleaning of steam.
Sanitary valve connection modes can be selected according to the conditions of thread, flange, welding, clamps, ferrules, and other forms. Sanitary valves in the manufacturing process are in strict accordance with FDA requirements for quality control. Sanitary valves use computer 3D design to meet GMP requirements as well.
There are usually five kinds of sanitary valve connection:
1. Flange connection: The valve body is with a flange and is a flanged connection to the pipe.
2. Threaded connection: The valve body is with an internal or external thread and is a threaded connection to the pipe.
3. Weld connection: The valve body is with a welding tip and is a welded connection to the pipeline.
4. Clamp connection: The valve body is with a clamp that uses clamps to achieve connection to the pipeline.
5. Ferrule connection: The valve body is with a ferrule to realize the connection to the pipeline.
