Mechanical Properties of Sanitary Manual Butterfly Valves
The butterfly valve is a valve in which the shutoff (disc or disc) is a disc and rotates around the valve shaft to open and close, which is mainly used for cutting and throttling in pipelines. The opening and closing parts of the butterfly valve are disc-shaped butterfly plates, which rotate around their own axis in the valve body to open, close, or adjust.
The angle of the butterfly valve from fully open to close is usually less than 90 °. The butterfly valve and butterfly stem itself does not have the ability to self-locking, so it is necessary to install a worm gear reducer on the stem to locate the butterfly plate. Worm gear reducer can not only make the butterfly plate with self-locking ability, so that the butterfly plate stop at any position, but also can improve the operating performance of the valve.
Sanitary butterfly valves, whether manually or automatically operated, can be used in food processing, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries such as fluid product applications. It adopts the connection mode of clamping ring and circular thread and has the advantages of simple structure, beautiful shape, quick installation and disassembly, quick switch, flexible operation, small fluid resistance, safe and reliable use, and so on.
All steel parts of the sanitary butterfly valve are made of acid-resistant stainless steel, and the sealing parts are made of food silicone rubber or polytetrafluoroethylene, which conform to the food hygiene standard. Therefore, it is widely used in many industries such as food, winemaking, beverage, dairy products, fine chemical, pharmaceutical, and biological engineering.

* The rubber seal ring and valve plate of the butterfly valve are imported parts, which ensures the use of the butterfly valve and service life;
* The valve body of precision NC lathe ensures the reliable interchangeability of butterfly valve, and avoids the trouble that cannot guarantee its use performance because of changing rubber;
* Stem mount nylon bushing reduces friction and opens easily;
* The size of the valve body and the inner diameter of the pipe are equal to each other. When opened, the narrow and streamlined valve plate is in the same direction as the fluid, with a large flow and small resistance, and no material accumulation;
* The handle adopts pull-type and pull-type, which can bear large operating torque and is not easy to break;
* Light and beautiful shape, bright surface and not sticky dust, no burr prick hands.
