    Extension Brackets Description

    When additional space is required between the valve and operator for safety or insulation, there is a variety of Extension Brackets available in 304SS or aluminum for ball valves. These include open-air brackets that provide fast cooling of heat coming from the valve and closed extension bonnets that allow easy addition of insulation blankets. Both are available in custom heights if required. Close-coupled mounting kits are intended to reduce the overall height of the assemblies. These are designed to have as little as ¾” between the top of the valve and the bottom of the actuator.

    XMP series Pressure Transmitter has been specially designed for the process industry as well as the food and pharmaceutical industry (version stainless steel field housing) and measures vacuum, gauge and absolute pressure ranges of gases, steam, fluids up to 600 bar. Different process connections such as threads and flanges with an internal or flush welded diaphragm are available and can be combined with a cooling element for media temperatures up to 300 °C. The transmitter is as a standard equipped with HART®-communication; the customer can choose between an aluminum die-cast case or a stainless field housing.

    PT100 RTD Temperature Probe Description

    Screw-in RTD temperature probe for standard applications is preferentially used for measuring temperatures in liquids and gases. A decisive selection criterion is the reliable sealing feature of this installation type with vacuum and with overpressure. The application areas are, among others, in the air conditioning technology and refrigeration engineering as well as the HVAC and apparatus engineering sector.

    The connection head is suitable for ambient temperatures up to +100 °C. In addition to the standard connection head form B, design BUZ is also available.

    The measuring insert is normally fitted with a Pt100 temperature sensor according to DIN EN 60751, Class B in 2-wire circuit; versions with Pt500 or Pt1000 temperature sensors can also be supplied, as well as 4-wire circuit connections. A transmitter can be optionally integrated into the connection head.
